Selection Process

       I.          चयन ऑनलाइन लिखित परीक्षा और/या स्क्रीनिंग और/या साक्षात्कार या बैंक द्वारा तय की गई किसी अन्य चयन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।

     II.          बैंक द्वारा गठित स्क्रीनिंग कमेटी यह जांच करेगी कि उम्मीदवार आवश्यक पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा करते हैं या नहीं। बैंक स्क्रीनिंग प्रक्रिया के लिए अपनाए जाने वाले मापदंडों को तय कर सकता है। इस संबंध में बैंक द्वारा किसी भी प्रतिनिधित्व या पत्राचार पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

    III.          दस्तावेजों के सत्यापन के बिना शॉर्ट-लिस्टिंग पूरी तरह से अनंतिम होगी। बैंक द्वारा मांगे जाने पर उम्मीदवारी विवरण/दस्तावेजों के सत्यापन के अधीन होगी।

   IV.          बैंक द्वारा तय किए गए पर्याप्त उम्मीदवारों को उनकी पात्रता, योग्यता और अनुभव (यदि लागू हो) के आधार पर शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा। चयन प्रक्रिया के लिए केवल सबसे उपयुक्त उम्मीदवारों को ही बुलाया जाएगा। इसलिए, केवल पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा करने से कोई उम्मीदवार आगे की चयन प्रक्रिया के लिए बुलाए जाने का हकदार नहीं हो जाता।\

     V.          ऑनलाइन लिखित परीक्षा/साक्षात्कार/चयन प्रक्रिया में अर्हक अंक बैंक द्वारा तय किए जाएंगे।

   VI.          चयन के लिए मेरिट सूची केवल ऑनलाइन लिखित परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार या इंटरव्यू में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर घटते क्रम में तैयार की जाएगी। यदि एक से अधिक उम्मीदवार मेरिट सूची में कट-ऑफ अंक (कट-ऑफ बिंदु पर सामान्य अंक) के समान अंक प्राप्त करते हैं, तो ऐसे उम्मीदवारों को उनकी आयु के अनुसार अवरोही क्रम में मेरिट सूची में स्थान दिया जाएगा।
